Dadllany is a Cuban native, who graduated from the University of Camagüey- Carlos J. Finlay with an M.D degree. She has worked in a variety of countries as a medical doctor including Cuba, Guatemala, and Brazil.

Michele Cabrera
Michele was born and raised in the Bronx, NY. She has over 10 years of experience in the conduction of Phase 1 thru Phase IV trials. Her clinical background is vast as she started as a trainer/preceptor for the New York Blood Center, donor specialist/lab tech at NYUMC, Lab Manager/ Supervisor in the blood donor room at Mount Sinai Medical Center, Lab Manager and Lead Medical Tech for Phase 1. She was a BBP coordinator, OSHA administrator and spearheaded the employee Hepatitis B program. She is currently involved in all aspects of clinical research from study start up to closure, budget negotiations, contracts, regulatory liaison, QA, QC, in house CRA and as the point person for the PI/Sub-I’s. She has a diploma in nursing, and was the President of a local Lion's Club International for 2 consecutive years. Her outlook is to help others as much as possible as she finds inspiration from her brother who has cerebral palsy.
